Rideau Acres is Going Green!
We are in the process of installing Solar Heating for our Laundry and Recreation Hall.
We also will be upgrading furnaces to high efficiency units during this offseason.
We have recently completed environmental assessment requirements and have received our approvals to install a secondary sewage treatment plant at the campground. We expect to start this project next summer. This is one more step to protect the Rideau for our grandchildren.
We are looking at more Solar Heating and possibly some wind electricity generation.
We are selling nature and we realize maintaining a healthy environment protects our most valuable asset.
